These prices are for attendance of an official CPI training programme only. On-site training pricing varies as the programme will be customised to meet your needs. For information about on-site pricing or for prices in other currencies, please contact CPI.
Training Guarantee
The Crisis Prevention Institute guarantees a full refund if you are not entirely satisfied with our training programme.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. Registrations cancelled 15 or more days prior to the programme start date are fully refundable, transferable to another individual, or transferable to a programme at a later date. Registrations that are cancelled within 14 days of the programme start date are non-refundable; however, a substitute can be sent to that programme or the registration can be transferred to another CPI programme conducted within four months of the original programme date for a £25/€35 administrative fee. If you do not attend, you are responsible for the full programme fee.
CPI reserves the right to cancel a programme. In the event of programme cancellation, CPI’s responsibility will be limited to a refund of the programme fees.
