These prices are for attendance of an official CPI training programme only. On-site training pricing varies as the programme will be customized meet your needs. For information about on-site pricing or for prices in other currencies, please contact CPI.
Training Guarantee
The Crisis Prevention Institute guarantees a full refund if you are not entirely satisfied with our training programme.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive a full refund for a cancellation notice made up to 10 working days prior to the date of your programme. If you need to cancel less than 10 working days prior to your programme, you may send a substitute from your organisation, or reallocate the programme fee towards another CPI programme of your choice, scheduled within 12 months of the original programme date. Due to limited places, and to allow others to attend, if you do not meet the cancellation requirements, you will be responsible for the entire programme fee. CPI reserves the right to cancel a programme. In the event of programme cancellation, CPI's responsibility will be limited to a refund of the programme fee.
