The Professional Staff Instructors at CPI are a dynamic group of trainers who bring a diversity of experience and knowledge to all our training programmes.

All Professional Staff Instructors have at least a Bachelor’s degree and several have a Master’s degree. Professional Staff Instructors are skilled at presenting and customising the Nonviolent Crisis InterventionSM training programme to meet the needs of market-specific audiences and individual programme participants.

Not only have our trainers come from a multitude of professions, they also teach the Nonviolent Crisis InterventionSM programme in a wide variety of settings, ranging from primary schools to universities, mental health services to hospitals, day care centres to long-term care services, and police colleges to maximum security prisons.
